Hi Guys, this might be an easy one but I can’t figure it out. I am working in a DV PaL sequence at 25fps, everything was running smooth till I opened a file on Quicktime (outside FCP), the file crashed the quicktime software but not the FCP, which I did quit anyway. Then is when the problem happened, I opened FCP again and had no audio, went to the AUDIO VIDEO Settings menu and weirdly my audio output was set to DV Firewire (which I dont use). I’ve put it back to Built in audio (tested the other ones as well) and I have audio now but is slightly out of sync. I believe it could be something related to the processing of audio but I played with the settings (tried to lower the quality of audio and video) but no success. I ve exported a test and the exported video is synced which makes me even more puzzled.

Tks in advance for your time and expertise.

    All the Best,
    Pedro

    Hi Pedro,
Have a look to System Setting> Playback Control> Frame Offset.
Set it to “0” and have a try.
