  Audio out of sync after compression

  I can’t seem to output/upload my clips to Vimeo without audio sync problems. It’s not really drifting. I can jump ahead in the clip and it doesn’t get any worse. In fact, at times it just seems like it’s skipping frames and so you don’t really see the details of the person’s mouth moving and it just seems out of sync. But it’s still quite apparent and far different from previewing the timeline in FCP.

  I then send to Compressor with the following settings (as per Vimeo’s recommendation):

  I also tried a compressor setting with 720×480, but that doesn’t seem to make a difference.

  Is there anything obvious that i’m doing wrong here? If not, I can share a clip, but I’d rather not unless it’s absolutely necessary (this footage shouldn’t be public just yet…not sensitive, just privileged).
