audio not playing in the timeline
hi anybody
i converted a mkv file into a mov file, when i import the mov file in fcp, the video and the audio both play fine in the viewer, but when i place the file in the timeline only the video plays, the audio does not play, infact there is a constant bip sound all through.
audio for my other projects play fine from the timeline
sos, need help

Audio needs to be AIFF or WAV, 48Khz, 16-bit Stereo. Any other format will require rendering before you can play (note the RED render line above your footage on the timeline).
