  Audio not importing in After Effects CS6

  So I just went straight from CS4 to CS6 and I’m loving CS6 so far until I realized that all of the clips I import have no audio. Now when I record videos I know it has audio it plays with audio just fine in other applications but not in AE. Not even the RAM Preview has the audio. What can I do to fix this?
