Audio misisng from clips on vime and youtube when played on mobile devices
I recently uploaded a video to vimeo and youtube. When I preview the video on my iphone or ipad one of audio tracks is missing. I can hear the audio when I use head phones but not on the speaker of the iphone or ipad.
I checked the clips on my computer and tv to see if the audio is being split hard left or right, but the singal is equal on both channels. So it doesn’t appear to be a mono signal issue.
This is very perplexing and frustrating as most of the leads for my business come from mobile previews and trailers of my work.
Has anyone else experienced this problem? And how did you resolve it? thank you.
