  Audio levels lower on menus in DVD Achitect

  Can anyone explain why the audio levels on my menus are lower than the program videos. They were both rendered out in Vegas, 192mps as they recommend. Is this a properties setting or something? I would like the VO to be the same as the rest of the disc.
