Audio issue at a wedding, need assistance with FCP filters…clip included
Hello,
Here are the details, we were filming a wedding and one of us was on a Canon 5d with a Rode Video mic pro and the other person was shooting super 8 film with no sound. At the back of the space was a Zoom audio recording device with a boom mic pointing toward the focus of the ceremony. The videographer using the 5D had to change cards at one point and we lost his audio for about 53 seconds…so we are only relying on the boom from the back of the room. Turns out that the Rode Mic recorded better sound then the zoom and now the audio difference is jarring…I have doubled the zoom audio so that its louder but I cant figure out how to get rid of the muffled difference between the two. Does anyone have any advice?
Here is an example…the audio change happens about 6 seconds in.
