  Audio Hardware removal

  I recently removed a Soundblaster Audigy card from my system and I’m just going with my integrated audio, however, even though I unistalled all the software and reloaded CS4 Production Premium, the Soundblaster card is still coming up as a choice in the audio hardware selection window. How can I get rid of this?
