Hello, I am trying to make some video tutorials. I have the footage edited and I am trying to match the voice over with the video. My problem is that when I edit the audio to match the video I create gaps. Is there any trick any sound that we use as a base? Or is there any other trick so as not to feel like is on/off all the time?

Yes, that’s the way I am doing it right now. I record my self with an iPhone and in front of it, I have a filter from a speaker. I don’t have the budget right now for a proper setup. Investing in a good mic in the future will give me much better results than now? Should I go usb like Blue Yeti or Aux. Thanks for the response.
