So I’m editing my high school’s graduation video, and everything was going okay. I’m running Premiere Pro CS4 on a laptop (250GB HD, 2GB RAM, basic stuff). I have three tracks of video to switch in and out of, and one audio file recorded straight from the sound booth.

Basically, I was editing, and all of a sudden, all of the audio goes out for my tracks. The wave forms go away, and now I just have flat lined audio throughout. What happened?! Please help!

    Hi Griff ,

Try closing down Premiere, delete your audio peak files (Media cache folder) and restart.
