AUDIO FIX-What FCP Filter Should I Use? PLEASE HELP!
Last night, I recorded a live speaker with bad sound coming from the house person. I had no way to get around it. I tried using FCP to fix it, but I don’t know a bit about audio sweetening or editing. The more I tweaked it, the worse it sounds… and eventually I can hear what sounds good anymore. Can someone please help me figure out what filters and the amount to use???? I’m really lost.

What you want to do is send your audio over to SoundTrack Pro, highlight a section of the audio where you ONLY hear the background noise, mark that as a noise print and use SoundTrack Pro’s noise reduction function to eliminate the noise.
