  Audio Effects will not load

  Just this weekend I tried to add some audio effects and received a message stating “unable to load effect” “Perhaps dongle is not installed properly”. I reinstalled the software V6.0d but still unable to load most of the effects. I was able to add some VST effects and they work. Even the basic effects like EQ & Compression will not load. Has anyone else had this problem?
