Audio does not match waveforms.
Today as I was doing a final once over of a project I realized that the music for one clip was not only not playing properly, but that the waveforms weren’t matching the sound. I’ve played this clip back countless times in the past and it’s always played how it’s supposed to but today is different. Today it wants to torment me and has sent me running to the Cow. The picture I’ve attached is of the waveform in question. The green area at the beginning is supposed to be silent but is miraculously playing music while the red area is silent instead of playing the music. Music plays throughout the rest of the waveform but it doesn’t match up with the waves. Does anyone know why this is happening?

Have you tried an Audio Mixdown? This usually fixes this issue.
