Audio digitizing problem?
Today one of our MacPro 10.7.5 systems with Media100Suite 2.1.2 & KONA LHi 10.3.2 starting having analog xlr audio digitizing problems. Every few seconds there’s a garble sound.
The drives appear to be ok. I checked cabling. Tried different mics and decks. Bypassed the audio mixer and gone straight to the breakout box. Rebooted (warm & cold). Settings don’t appear to be changed.
Suggestions?

Could be a sync problem. Do you feed any kind of video or sync to the breakout box? Do you usually feed a video signal into the box that is missing now?

I’ll check the video sync. We were trying to record some VOs when the problem popped up. Then we tried different mics and recording (audio only) from some decks. We did not try recording a/v.
