  Audio crossfade sounds weird between clips

  I’m editing a video with a lot of cuts and I’m trying to make the audio transitions smoother. I usually just overlap the two audio clips to create a crossfade, but sometimes the volume gets noticeably louder for a moment during the overlap.

  Is there a better way to do audio crossfades in VEGAS Pro without getting that little volume bump?
