  audio correction applications

  I wanted to know if anybody had any suggestions for audio correction software. I have been reading about products that Bias offers and also Pro-tools. Does anybody know if Pro-tools is better than SoundSoap from Bias for cleaning up field audio? Any other input is appreciated.
