Audio Conforming Question
I’m wondering if there is a way to stop or prevent the audio conforming process when importing footage into Premiere Pro CS3.
I’m doing multi-camera sporting events where I only use the audio from one camera, but when I import my footage, I have to wait forever for all of the audio to conform, even though two camera’s audio tracks will just get deleted as soon as I drop it in the timeline.
Perhaps there is a way to strip the audio from the files before I import them?
The files are MPEGs from Canon FS100 SDHC card cameras.
Any insight or ideas would be greatly appreciated!
