    Hello All,

I’ve attached a ball and socket connector to the end of a spline being affected by spline dynamics but the connector stays in the initial position. Any way to get that connector to move based on spline dynamics?

I’ve also tried using a constraint but the spline doesn’t pull on the object attached. The ball and socket connector has the right dynamics it just stays in the initial position and doesn’t move with the end of the spline. Am I missing something?

    TIA

There is no connection between spline dynamics, which is part of the Hair system, and the regular dynamics system … unfortunately. If you want to use the two together it requires some fakery.

Thanks Adam. That helps even if it is not what I wanted to hear. At least I will not keep searching for that solution.
