Set your monitor back to factory defaults. Use the Normal profile. Then calibrate it with the Spyder 4 and follow the prompts. It guides you every step of the way.
As for your cameras… you need to see if the LCD viewfinder has an adjustment and if the camera has a color bar generator. Then adjust the LCD so that your pluge looks correct on you color bars. You can google for tutorials on setting the color bar pluge but most cameras don’t have much capability to calibrate their LCD viewfinders. If you really want a calibrated monitor on your camera you need to buy an external monitor that connects via HDMI and has a “Blue Gun” switch so you can do proper calibration.
