Assistance with Time Lapse (I’m desperate)
I recently shot a bunch of important footage on an accidental time lapse (24fps time lapse 7 frames) Tried slowing it in premiere but cant seem to find the correct speed or how to eliminate extra frames. Can anyone help me?

I don’t know exactly what your video looks like. did it record every few seconds so you’re actually only 7fps?
or is it 24fps with a bunch of duplicates that you can safely remove and still have 24fps?
remove duplicate frames automatically.
https://aescripts.com/duplicate-frame-remover/7fps to 24fps optical conversion won’t work very well in my opinion, but on the other hand, timestretch would be really fast.

Its actually really fast, I have to slow it down to about 30% for it to look kind of normal. I will try removing the duplicate frames created when slowing it down maybe that could help. Thank you for the response I really appreciate it.

Import them as an image sequence then reduce speed.

Thank you guys for your help its much appreciated. I am unfortunately unable to use any of the footage in context so I will have to rely on my back up footage.
