I purchased a Blackmagic Intensity Pro card, and when I installed it my computer will not boot up. It gets to the windows logo screen and dims only showing the progress bar but not loading anything. I think it is trying to read the card as a graphics card because when I remove the card it boots up with out issues. Does anyone know a resolution for this issue?

The Intensity is a PCIe x1 card. What slot are you putting the card into and does your computer use onboard graphics or a graphics card?

Sounds like a conflict. You could try doing a reinstall of your OS and then install the newest drivers for everything.

Hi, sorry but I am really not sure what else you could try. Give BlackMagic support a call and see or maybe someone from blackmagic will reply here.
