I’m currently editing footage shot on the HVX200 at 720pn. I seem to be having a heck of a time managing the apsect ratios between FCP, AE and Photoshop. It seems everytime I import or export something to or from FCP or AE I get some screwed aspect ratio that needs to be tweaked.

Is there a group of foolproof settings that will keep everything sized properly and stop my head from hurting? I suppose FCP is the starting point. I’m using the DVCPRO 720p30. What aspect ratio should I have AE set to and do I have to squash photos in Photo Shop like I would for a DV project (720×540 > 720×480)?

Thanks in advance. Even a link to a tutorial or something to that effect would be appreciated.
