    aspect ratio woes in render/Vegas import

    I have an AE HD1080 widescreen project. It looks great in AE, in looks great when I render it (AVI) but… when I import it in my Sony Vegas HD1080 project, it’s distorted due to a change in the aspect ration.

    I tried various permutations, still no go.

    what is the correct way of doing this so I maintain the aspect ratio of my AE clip?

    Thanks so much Dave, your tip narrowed down where I had to look.

    I set the media’s pixel aspect ration to 1.0 and it worked perfectly.
