Everything outputs fine on broadcast monitor
except jpeg stills in event browser, which appear fine in viewer but on external monitor they are distorted- stretched to fill the 16×9 frame.

Once in the timeline they are fine. Now the viewer shows the image without trying to make it a 16×9 image. On the timeline it is letterboxed. And once in the timeline the viewer will show it as black letterboxed. I thought that the monitor should simply mirror the viewer only as a TV signal.

Regardless is there a way to fix this so I can work on images in the event browser?
