  Aspect ratio of project is coming out wrong

  I’m having an issue somewhere between Final Cut Pro and Compressor. I’m not sure where it’s coming from though.

  I’ve created an HDV project in FCP 6 and have exported the results as a Quicktime Movie (ProRes 1280×720). The exported result looks correct and has the correct aspect ratio.

  However, when I put the ProRes movie into Compressor and attempt to output it as a QT7 800kbps movie, the output is widescreen, but it has black bars on the sides and the footage looks stretched vertically into 4:3.

  Could anyone help/explain this for me?
