.asf format…convert to QT
Anyone have experience with this format? This is from a dashboard camera from a cop car. Normally the department would convert the footage for us, but this department didn’t.
MPEG Streamclip doesn’t work. Flip4mac doesn’t. QT Pro, nope.
Idears?

Had you tried ffmpgx?
I’ve been having a look in Wikypedia (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Advanced_Systems_Format).
It seems that you will have more chances with a PC.

Ahhh..thanks for this. That worked. We had a PC in the office and used that and exported as a WMV, and from there we were set.
