ARRI RAW support

Just in case you got the RAW job, there is also a new ARRI RAW converter (ARC) on the ARRIdigital website.

Now for Mac and Windows.
It’s a simple (but slow) way to get to DPX.
Most of the devices I used, (Codex and S.TWO) can also directly create DPX files so for security I would ask the production to give you both .ARI and DPX if you are in a hurry.

I did not see any ETA from BM for Resolve yet.
