When in Sony Vegas 8.0 I inserted three seperate audio tracks. On the first two tracks, when I clicked on, “arm for record” it immediatley activated. Although when I tried to, “arm for record” on track three it took over a minute and a half to activate. I always do my voice overs on the third track and this will really slow down my production. What can I do to fix. This time lasp between initially clicking, “arm for record” and the time it activates happens everytime, just on track three.

Are you using the same input for track 3 as you did on tracks 1 and 2? Is it a stereo card? Danny Hays

Thanks so much for helping me, I’m using same imput on all three tracks. I go to imputs and click on left. I’ve always been doing this in the past. My computer crashed a week ago and I had to reload everything back on. This is when I noticed the delay on, “Arm for Record” track three. ????????????
