Are there many C4D freelancers out there?
Capable software is very important, but to me, a large pool of talent and friendly, helpful users are equally important.
So is there a general “profile” of C4D users? (MAYA for film, 3D Studio for games etc.)I will need to hire skilled C4D artists to complement our talent pool so I want to be sure they are out there.
I’m sure someone working hard on a feature film all day does not like to work evenings as well, so I need to find people truly available.I’m open to skilled hobbyists, and moonlighters, and full time freelancers.
Is this the place to find them? I’m looking at other 3D programs, but C4D is the one I’m least familiar with.

You should check out the jobs part of the cow site, if you haven’t already https://jobs.creativecow.net/. That’s where you want to go to look for people and post jobs.

Yes, I think there are quite a few capable c4d freelancers out there, concentrated primarily in motion graphics and archviz, but also in other areas. I’m one of them (generalist). I haven’t registered there, but here is one resource: https://www.c4dfreelancers.com/
