are the CS4 issues with AVCHD settled?

I am considering getting a pair of the panasonic HCM150
and upgrading to a new desktop with CS4 to replace a CS2 system.

I currently use the sony z1’s and I have no problems other than they are tape.

So questions are as follows there have been issues with AVCHD and
CS4
any body do the updates and are satisfied?

I was thinking of moving my matrox RTX2 from the old system to the new one and update the matrox software.

Are there any issues with RTX2 and the AVCHD ( running CS4)?
