  Arbitrary cadence for output video?

  (Sorry for the duplicate post – my browser crashed just as I hit “Post” on the other one, and I didn’t see it in the list when I logged back in. I don’t see any way to delete the duplicate, so if the moderators want to do that it’s fine with me).
