  Apps crashing while Resolve 9 is running?

  Is anyone experiencing any issues with video or “screen” related apps like Quicktime Player, Compressor, Screen Sharing, etc. inexplicably crashing randomly while Resolve 9 is running?

  I’m on 10.8.2, with GTX570 GUI, 2x-GTX570 GPUs (flashed MacVidCards versions, in a Cyclone chassis) with the latest NVIDIA GPU driver (304.00.05f02) and CUDA driver (5.0.37) installed.

  Because I upgraded to 10.8.x exclusively to upgrade to Resolve 9.x, I’m not sure if this issue is being caused by R9 or 10.8 in general, but it’s a hugely irritating problem. And it only happens when Resolve 9 is running. I never had these problems with R8 running under 10.6. or 10.7.

  One of the things that the crash stack-trace logs have in common is this: “Application Specific Signatures:Graphics kernel error”

  Once I quit Resolve, everything works normally.

  Any ideas?
