applying Audition/Izotope audio fixes to all timeline interview clips
Hello, I’m embarking on my first major piece edited in PPro (CS6), a documentary with several dozen interviews and a ton of b-roll. In figuring out my workflow, I know I’m going to need to do a decent amount of audio work to fix up the sound of the interviews, likely in Audition or Izotope RX3.
My question is: can I edit the piece using the interview with raw audio in Premiere, then use an external program to analyze and correct (for example noise reduction) the master audio file for each interview, and apply that to all the clips on the PPro timeline coming from that file?
I would rather do this than have to correct every interview’s audio before editing, and it also sounds a lot better than individually fixing each clip after the piece is put together.
I’ve been digging around but haven’t seen any solutions yet. Thanks for the help!
