GoPro CineForm. It’s a fantastic intermediate/mezzanine codec.

+1 on Cineform, and it’s cross-platform. One minor downside: it’s less-well known, so people who receive it may wonder what they’re getting.
Another alternative is Avid DNxHD or DNxHR – many flavors, just like ProRes.
One post house partner we use has started using MXF OP1a as a wrapper instead of QuickTime (DNxHD codec inside), avoiding any security jitters some may have with using QuickTime.

Then I guess I’ll go with GoPro CineForm since me and my team because of miscellaneous reasons no longer want to work with ProRes. We’ll mostly use the codec to store (close to) uncompressed footage, and for motion graphics exchange etc.
Which format do you recommend to use with GoPro CineForm?:
Also, which quality setting do you recommend for GoPro CineForm (1-5)? When I put the quality setting on 5, the bitrate doubled ProRes’s bitrate. -
