Hi I’m presently have tow mac’s one Power Mac G5 Quad Core 2.5GHZ 16GB Ram with FinalCut Studio 2 and i have a iMac 3.06 intel Core Duo 2GB Ram with Adobe CS3 Master Collection .. I’m shooting with the Sony Z1U and I’m trying to find the right settings and workflow for HD ….

As in what exactly? You really don’t want to work back and forth between the two apps if that’s what you’re asking. Pick one and edit there.
