    Apple Compressor H.264 to Encore?

    Has anybody been able to get a 1920x1080i 29.97 H.264 encode in Compressor to work in Encore for Blu-ray authroing without Transcoding in Encore? Or, for that matter, any format of H.264? My Mpeg-2 HD files are working, so I know I’m doing something right…

    No, h.264 is another thing that does not work in Encore. Stick to MPEG-2 and stick to “Play Only” menus and you’ll be fine. Anything else and you’re on your own.

    Would you please explain what you mean by “play only” menus…

    Does this mean “chapter menus” etc are a no go?
