  Apple 1080i codec to Quicktime

  Is there an “easy” way to output from FCP 5.04 using the HDV 1080i Apple’s intermediate codec 16×9 to Quicktime? PAIN to crop everything. I have tried all the Quicktime output conversion stunts I can think of to get the 16X9 always end up with the aspect ration square.
