Append clip to multiclip angle
Hi all:
Is there a way to append a clip to a certain angle in a multiclip? For example, if you’re shooting with Panasonic P2 cards and one take spans two cards, it will be imported into FCP as 2 separate clips. Would it be possible to add both of them to the same angle? I thought about putting both of them in a sequence, but I’ve read that you can’t add sequences to multiclips. Of course, you can also add the 2nd clip as another angle and sync it by hand, but that’s a lot of work (usually it will be off by minutes, and the scrub tool for multiclips goes fraaame by fraaame… slow).
