Anyone using the new SUPACAM with Media 100?

Just looked the camera up on the web and it shoots 640 x 480 mpeg 4 you may have to use quicktime to export the files into something media 100 can use.

thanks, yes, that’s what i’ve been trying to do.

when i open the AVI files in quicktime, there isn’t any audio. however, when i export the file to a .mov file, the audio is there.

the problem is i still can’t seem to bring that 640×480 file into media 100. it will look like it’s importing properly, but then it just doesnt’ appear in the bin. puzzling.

should i be exporting it to .mov as 720×480? 720×486? 720×540? something else?

i know this shouldn’t be so complicated!
