Anyone tried the Virtos Audio Restoration?

December 12, 2006 at 7:58 pmWell, saving as a name is fine to get the settings back to what they were, but the real problem is when you save the veg and then reopen the project — you now need to go to each track and open this dialog and set it with the name saved in denoiser. This does not make it easy to use in the future, and how will this behave when nesting veg files? I would like this to work correctly, regardless of the nice price for the software. I’ll post Virtos’ response, if they get back to me.

December 12, 2006 at 8:14 pmI see your point. Apparently it does not work that well within Vegas. The only solution I see is to use DeNoiser in Sound Forge. Right click on the track in Vegas, select open a copy in Sound Forge, apply the effect. Then save it back to Vegas as a new file.
