Wondering if anyone is using the Xena as a playback device in a live SD switching situation? Specifically if anyone is/has used the analog composite output timed into a production switcher? Example; Grass Valley 200.

    Seriously, stop laughing!

Lol, I was actually starting to laugh, when I got to the part in your post where you told me not to 🙂

Yes…Worked great…but not as good as my old DPS Velocity system..

I could hook a switcher to the input of the velocity card and as the playhead crossed over a “live clip” on the timeline, it would transition to the switcher. Hit the pause timeline button and the cameras were hot until you hit play again.

Worked great for live auctions, etc…
Wish I had that option in Premiere……….
