anyone know how to properly use license recovery tool
I can’t open CS3 suite or premier after a reinstall. I called adobe and they were useless. I was told to search for KB401528 on adobe.com and download the license recovery app. There a vague instructions. The adobe tech told me to enter my password. I couldn’t get anything to work, then I found some documentation, enter computer name, then password, then serial number…..I get the next prompt, but I can’t figure what to do from there. The tech knew nothing. I hope one of you knows how to do this. I am on 10.5.5.
