  Anyone having problems with Quadro 4000 and FCP (Slightly off topic)

  I know this is a DaVinci forum, but since Quadro 4000 cards and FCP should be very common in this forum, I hope it’s ok for me to ask.

  Has anyone experienced problems with exporting QT files from FCP ?

  With the graphics card connected (I use another card for my screens), I get “Codec Error” error messages all the time while exporting long timelines that requires some rendering (45 minutes, 8 separate mono tracks)

  Removing the card solves the problem. I experience no problems in Resolve.

  I experience this in both Lion and Snow Leopard. Cuda driver is 4.0.50 and GPU Driver version 1.6.37.0 (256.02.25f01)
