Anybody look at the EX3 CCU & adapter at Sony booth?
Hi all,
Did anybody see the CCU / Camera adapter for the EX3 at Sony’s booth? It not the paint box.
I saw a podcast

with Bob Ott talking about the EX3 and he mentioned that another company was in the Sony booth with this product, but they didn’t go into much detail. He said it would have the ability for transmission via fiber w/return, genlock & prompter, etc… Sounds like an interesting product expansion of the camera line.Thanks,

Bill,
I believe the product was Pro Tec (?). The folks at Sony said that they had just met with them and were working on getting together (perhaps even buying Pro Tec). I have been trying to find them on the web with no success. Perhaps I’ve got the name wrong.
Let me know if you find out anything.
