Anybody here use an LED projector fan display?

Looking at adding one of these to a sort of trade show display as an eye-grabber, and wondered if you have any user experience stories to share about them. These are spinning wands with LEDs on them, that use persistence of vision to imitate a “hologram” effect. They always make me think of John Logie Baird’s mechanical TV. Anyway, wondering about their resolution, reliability, noise level, any issues with mounting or operating them or with adding content to their built-in storage cards.
