I didn’t think I got mine either because I didn’t get the email and it doesn’t show up under “my products”. But when I went to “products not yet downloaded” it was listed there. Maybe the same for you???

The Protection Period activations are being done now. It is not a given that
these will be right away at launch as there are tens of thousands to upload..
As I implied earlier on the community.avid.com site, the Activations are being
uploaded today and the Protection Period script to populate your My Account at
account.avid.com has been started.
The script is handling about 150 customers per minute so this should take a few
hours. If things continue to run smoothly, the Protection Period script will
have placed all codes in My Account at account.avid.com by maybe 5-6 PM ET.
We are also beginning to send out an Avid email alerting customers that fell
into the Protection Period that their upgrade is available. Of course the email
wil go once we know it is in their account. Customers should check their spam
folder if they do not see the email.
I expect to receive a spreadsheet of the customers who are covered under Protect
should anyone think they are eligible but do not see their codes in MY Account
Please wait a few more hours before you pounce and if it still doesn’t show up
send an email to customer_advocate@… and include your name, email address
and system ID and 6.5/10.5 activation in the body of the emails and I will
tackle as fast as I can.
