  • Any way to send uncompressed HDMI to Vegas Pro 9?

    Hello.

I want to capture uncompressed video from a Canon HF S10 via the HDMI or Component out, and edit with Sony Vegas Pro 9 on Vista x64. I have heard that this is possible, but am looking for the specific directions/workarounds.

Does anyone know where to point me?

    Thank you,

    Norman

Just to close this thread out, I found the answer to this on DVInfo.net.

Also, Convergent Design is coming out with a nanoFlash recorder that will capture both HDMI and HD-SDI to compact flash card media in about a month.
