Hi all, in a bit of a tight spot here… I’ve searched the net far and wide + the archives here at the cow, for advice on how to import boujou tracking data to AE. I found surprisingly little and any scattered info I found refers back to Maya at some point or another, and most of this stuff but it leaves me confused. I know there is a Maya to AE tute here on the cow but I don’t really have access to Maya, though I could knock on some doors if it’s the absolutely only way out, but then I don’t know my way around it anyway… I’ve realised that one has to export a Maya file from Boujou and that there is some scale issues between Maya and Boujou, which seems to be exactly what I’m experiencing. I get the file into AE and it follows so so but doesn’t lock on to the track at all. Nowhere near as perfect as in Boujou. unfortunately I can’t put my finger on exactly where the hitch on teh line is.

If anybody here has direct experience of Boujou/After Effects compability then please share some by me much coveted details on the procedure.
Many thanks in andvance for any replies. / David
