  ANY PLUGIN to Achieve this LIGHTING on The SKIN

  Hi, Does anyone knows any plugin to achieve this additional “lighting” result like it shows just on the body and face skin ?? I do not mean the fantasy particles and flares NO, I mean the extra lighting over the face and body skin, because that extra lighting is not in the original model photo, this is NOT a draw

  I hope someone can tell me which plugin was used for lighting, because I can’t achieve it with regular tools
