    Processor Specs 2 Intel Xeon E5-2620 (2.00 GHz, 15 MB cache, 6 cores)
    GHz 2.00GHz
    Chipset Intel C602
    GB 16GB
    Memory Specs 16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3 ECC Unbuffered RAM
    Max Mem 48GB
    HDD 1TB
    Hard Drive Specs 1 TB 7200 rpm SATA NCQ
    Type SATA

    Then 2 GPU: quadro 600 for gui and nvidia gtx 580 for processing.
    For monitoring: GUI any suggestion (2560×1440 is the preferred screen resolution)
    Reference: I have an Hp 2480 zx dreamcolor as a grading monitor so i will have to ad a BM sdi output card width 4:4:4 output ( don’t know wich one) and hdlink for sdi-displayport conversion for the dreamcolor.

    Go by the config guide, blah, blah, all that jazz. From the specs sounds ok. For whatever that’s worth. Nothing about the config sounds off. Keep in mind it won’t be the fastest system on earth, but would certainly be capable for HD/2kish type stuff.

    Javier how did it work out with HP monitor?

    Im considering similar setup but with eizo CS230 + aja hi5 plus.

    Don’t know about that Eizo monitor image quality but Eizo monitors have much better calibrations capabilities than the hp dreamcolor, also Aja lut box is a good relatively cheap one, much better than the HDdlink from BM.
